Rob Baldwin
Chief Financial Officer, Northern Europe
Rob is part of the UK&I Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the finance function across the Northern Europe region, partnering with the business to drive sustainable growth, commercial performance and operational excellence.
Rob brings extensive experience across dentsu, having held a variety of senior finance and commercial leadership roles during more than 18 years with the organisation. He has worked across global client relationships, including General Motors and Microsoft, partnered with Global Practice teams to strengthen network collaboration, and supported the successful integration of Tag into the business.
Prior to joining dentsu, Rob worked at Gallaher Group Plc as Head of Group Finance, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC.
