iProspect Taiwan, a dentsu company, has been named eCommerce Agency of the Year at the Asia eCommerce Awards 2026, held recently in Singapore. The team also secured four Gold, two Silver and two Bronze awards, bringing its total to nine honors and demonstrating its capabilities in digital commerce and integrated marketing across the Asian market.

Organized by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, the Asia eCommerce Awards is one of the leading digital commerce awards in Asia and Oceania. This year's entries were evaluated by a panel of 19 senior marketing and eCommerce leaders from regional brands, based on criteria spanning creativity, strategy, execution and results. In its official post-event coverage, MARKETING-INTERACTIVE specifically recognized iProspect Taiwan as the winner of eCommerce Agency of the Year, highlighting the team's achievement of four Gold, two Silver and two Bronze awards.

iProspect Taiwan's award-winning work spans a diverse range of categories, including social media, community-driven interactive experiences, user-generated content (UGC) and community engagement, search marketing, content marketing, B2C, influencer marketing and travel brands. From search and data to content, social engagement, physical experiences and commerce conversion, these achievements reflect how the team has expanded its media expertise across the entire consumer decision journey, integrating capabilities across disciplines to drive measurable growth for brands.

Among the winning campaigns, iProspect Taiwan's campaign developed by CeraVe, which combined a product sampling experience in the Taipei Metro with extended social engagement, secured three Gold awards: Best Campaign – Community-Driven Interactive Experience, Best Campaign – UGC & Community Engagement, and Best Campaign – Social Media. Built around consumers' real skincare concerns, the campaign connected the metro environment, product trials, social conversations and eCommerce conversion. By transforming passive audiences into active participants who engaged with, shared and amplified the experience, the campaign extended offline interactions into online communities and commercial outcomes, creating a connected online-to-offline (O2O) consumer journey.

iProspect Taiwan also secured Gold in the Best Use of SEO / SEM category, alongside additional recognition across content marketing, travel brands, B2C and influencer marketing. The breadth of these awards demonstrates not only the team's expertise in media and platform activation, but also its continued efforts to integrate data insights, content strategy, AI capabilities, media technology and consumer experience into comprehensive growth solutions for brands.

Ego Lau, Managing Director of iProspect Taiwan and Carat Taiwan, said: "Recognition at the Asia eCommerce Awards reflects how the market and brands are redefining the value of agency partnerships. As consumer behaviors evolve rapidly and AI continues to reshape the industry, brands need strategic partners who can integrate data, content, technology and consumer experience to play an active role in driving brand growth. Being named eCommerce Agency of the Year validates iProspect's long-term strategy and reflects our continued efforts to build a more integrated, innovative and growth-oriented team."

Paula Chiang, General Manager of iProspect Taiwan, said: "What makes this recognition particularly rewarding is seeing the team's achievements across different disciplines recognized together. At iProspect, integrated marketing goes beyond connecting media touchpoints. More importantly, it starts with understanding consumer needs and intent through search and data insights, then bringing together content, social, AI and consumer experience to unlock new growth opportunities for brands. Winning Agency of the Year recognizes our cross-disciplinary integration capabilities and reinforces the direction we have been pursuing: delivering measurable and sustainable business growth through marketing."

Keigo Chang, Vice President of iProspect Taiwan, said: "Performance marketing alone is no longer enough to support the next phase of brand growth. With consumers exposed to an overwhelming volume of information every day, brands need to find meaningful ways to become part of their lives, creating interactions that people want to participate in, experience and share. This means moving beyond conventional media frameworks and rethinking how data, content, social, AI and physical experiences can work together to create solutions that resonate more closely with consumers. To me, effective marketing is about building lasting relationships between brands and consumers that ultimately drive sustained business growth."

As generative AI continues to reshape how consumers search for and access information, iProspect Taiwan is also helping brands expand beyond traditional SEO and SEM into AI Search and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Moving forward, the team will continue to combine global resources with local market insights to help brands not only gain visibility in search results, but also be understood, cited and recommended in the next generation of AI-driven information environments. This approach aims to turn every moment of consumer discovery into new opportunities for brand and business growth.
